Jinglefest is an annual community event located in Holmen, WI and held on the first Saturday of December. This years event is Saturday, December 6, 2025.

What types of vendors and artisans will be at Jinglefest?
Jinglefest has a wide variety of vendors, crafts, food trucks and events! Vendors and artisans are located inside Holmen Village Hall, inside the Holmen American Legion, inside the Holmen Public Library, outdoor green space in front of Village Hall (on Main St.), and the parking lot of the Holmen American Legion.

When is Jinglefest registration due?
Registration for Jinglefest 2025 is due no later than November 10, 2025.

What size table/how much space is provided for vendors?
- Legion vendor space is 1-3 x 8 table and 2 chairs. Approximate space is 6ft x 8ft. All items must fit within this space.

- Village Hall vendor space is 1-3 x 8 table and 2 chairs. Approximate space is 6ft x 8ft. All items must fit within this space.

- Library vendor space is 2-3 x 5 tables and 2 chairs. Approximate space is 6ft x 10ft. All items must fit within this space.

- Village Green Space/Outdoor Spaces are larger in size and can accommodate canopy tents. Please bring your own tables and chairs and tents. No electricity. Village ordinance does not allow for open flames or fire pits. The location spots are first-come, first-serve.

What time can I set up my vendor booth?
Booth setup begins at 9am on Saturday, December 6, 2025 with the event beginning at 10am.

When will I find out my booth assignment?
Vendor assignments will be sent via email to registered vendors on, or around, November 15, 2024

What is the Reindeer Run?
As the public enjoys Jinglefest, participants in the Reindeer Run can visit participating businesses to get a Reindeer Run card stamped or initialed while exploring what each business has to offer. For more information and to view a

When is the parade?
The parade is sponsored by the Holmen Lions Club. It begins around ‘dusk’ (approximately 5pm) and is on Main St., Holmen. The parade ends at Halfway Creek Park with the lighting of the Holiday Trees. For more information on the parade, please contact the Holmen Lions Club.
